Paris Games Week continues to reveal itself! After 3 years of waiting, the time has come to find the big players in the industry that promise a more festive experience than ever.

The PGW Restart is preparing to offer a varied program around flagship games and licenses, to discover, try and share the passion for video games.

Major publishers will be present at Paris Games Week 2022, including: Bandai Namco Entertainment, Capcom, Nintendo, Plaion and its partners Sega and Koei Tecmo, PlayStation, Square Enix, Ubisoft, and Xbox.

Before revealing the official announcements of the full publisher lineup in the coming days, PGW has already confirmed some of the games that will be playable at the show:

  • Exclusively, Just Dance 2023 Edition, scheduled for release on November 22, 2022, will have PGW dancing on the Ubisoft booth and stage. An emblematic novelty this end of the year, Mario + The Rabbids: Sparks Of Hope will also be part of the publisher’s stand.
  • Adults and children have an appointment in the Bandai Namco Entertainment area to discover games for all audiences. The One Piece Odyssey and Park Beyond games, which are scheduled for release in 2023, will be playable in preview. Families can find Paw Patrol pups at Paw Patrol, La Pat’Patrouille Grand Prix, and compete in Lego Brawls.   • For fans of simulation and excitement, Xbox will offer to try Forza Horizon 5 and Microsoft Flight Simulator with a little surprise in the latter to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the license. For the most strategic, Age of Empires, whose first work celebrates its 25th anniversary, can also be played on PGW. From consoles, PC, mobile games, AAA releases to indie games, Paris Games Week showcases a bubbling ecosystem and gives discovery pride of place for this edition of the gathering.

For the first time, visitors will be able to discover the PGW Stage with Fnac. Esports competitions, animations, demonstrations and talent will mark the 5 days of programming of the stage that offers 800 seats. The Fnac, which already organizes more than 70 Esports events a year in its stores, will be present every day with many surprises during 15 hours of live streaming throughout the duration of the show.

Among the key events:

  • Skyrroz (2.6 million subscribers on YouTube), Kaatsup (1.6 million subscribers on TikTok), Linca and Little Big Whale will give away a 2v2 in Call of Duty on Friday, November 4 at 3:10 p.m.
  • Domingo (1.5 million subscribers on Twitch) will challenge his team in League of Legends on Saturday, November 5 at 3:30 p.m.
  • Fuze III (2.6 million YouTube subscribers) will face off against his subscribers in Minecraft on Sunday, November 6 at 5 p.m.

In its first edition, the League of Legends Coupe de France will stop at Paris Games Week! On Saturday, November 5 and Sunday, November 6, the PGW stage with Fnac will host the 2 semi-finals of the League of Legends French Cup, hosting the best teams in the discipline.

Esports will also be practiced in virtual reality with the Esports Virtual Arena (EVA), a new discipline that mixes video games and sports, where teams move freely in an arena of more than 500 m².

A meeting place for all communities and all generations, the PGW will offer many activities that reflect the plurality of the ecosystem.
