5 new Android and iOS applications to install on your smartphone without hesitation | NextPit

Like every weekend, we gathered at NextPit for my pick of 5 free or paid mobile apps and games that caught my eye on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

I try every week to bring you the best possible apps that aren’t personal data traps or microtransaction nests. To my own findings, I also add apps discovered by the NextPit community and shared on our forum, which I invite you to check out.

From mobile games to productivity apps, here are NextPit’s 5 free and paid Android/iOS apps this week. We publish this selection every week, you can also check my 5 apps from the last week.

Fabulous daily routine planner (iOS and Android)

Fabulous Daily Routine Planner is an app that helps unleash the power of habits and routines. She helped me get back on track for running, and the first week I just managed to get into the habit of waking up earlier.

You will be able to update the app, which will allow you to unlock additional features. These include a Coaching Series, Unlimited Habits for your daily routines, and Premium Trips for better mental health and self-care.

Neuronation (iOS and Android)

NeuroNation takes a science-based approach to exercising your mental faculties and appeals to a wide audience by improving your memory, helping you focus more and think faster.

The app asks for nothing more than 15 minutes of your time every day to stimulate your brain. Very personalized, carry out a complete analysis of your strengths and your potential before developing a personal training plan adapted to your needs. Do you have the spirit of competition that lives in you? Get your friends on the bandwagon and see who can beat the rest!

Deepstash (iOS and Android)

Deepstash promises to teach you something new in 5 min. The app is based on the principle of daily use of small knowledge from books, articles, videos, podcasts and other sources to feed your brain and enable you to be better than yesterday.

How does it work? The ideas are presented to you in the form of small cards that can be read at a glance. These short notes condense deep thoughts into simple sentences, which can inspire your brainpower to dig deeper.

Rewind: Time Travel Music (Android)

Rewind tries to let you know what your favorite music app would sound like if it was released in an earlier era, like 90s grunge or 60s hippie, based on the top hits of the era, the era’s leading artists, and the divas in budding.

A fun, non-intrusive ad that lets you experience “new” old music depending on the context, while dropping subtle hints of nostalgia along the way. The app features infinite vertical streaming that allows you to listen or watch 30-second song snippets from the selected year, adding flavor.

Eversoul (iOS and Android)

Eversoul is a strategic RPG that combines strategy, slow motion battles and city building. You will need to recruit characters known as Souls and then subject them to a baptism of fire in the form of battles. Needless to say, it’s fun trying to juggle each character’s different stats and abilities, trying to figure out how to get the most out of what you’ve got.

Your mission? Kill monsters that only think of total destruction, destroying the reality you know, which is Eden. You’ll have plenty of characters to choose from, and maybe you should stop being so abrasive in your personality when talking to your troops, because a good relationship is of the utmost importance.

  • Price: Free / Advertising: No / In-app purchases: Yes / Account: Not required (but highly recommended)

What do you think of our selection this week? Did you find any other great apps or games on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store?
